ClaimPack collects the information you provide to prepare your complaint pack, including dispute details, evidence metadata, timeline entries, and generated documents.

Production storage should be configured as private, encrypted storage. Evidence and case data are designed to expire after 90 days unless deleted earlier by the user.

Before AI calls, the application tokenizes common sensitive identifiers such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank account numbers, card numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses.

Data export and deletion endpoints are included under/api/user. They require Supabase credentials for production persistence.
